I tried to change the slider speed, but with no luck. Whatever number i set, speed is the same

Go through the directory path ../wp-content/themes/linofeast/js/sys_custom.js find slideshowSpeed: 3000, here you can change the slider speed as per your requirement.
( Note: 1000ms = 1s).

Sorry. Nothing changhed. Speed is still very high

Have you change animationDuration: 400, If still not come then add this parameter animationSpeed: 1000,. Hope this will work. If the problem is not solved then you will provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I see you are using Nivo slider for the Nivo slider go through the directory path ../wp-content/themes/linofeast/js/jquery.nivo.slider.js line no: 642 animSpeed: 500, here you have to change the speed or else you can also go to theme options Appearance > Linofeast Child > Sliders select Nivo slider change slider speed here you can manage all sliders settings.

No i did not use nivo. I tried but also no changes in speed.
The only slider that works is EI slider. Only this one accepts settings for speed and duration.
