Hi,

I bought an installation express from envato, they did it and I can see the web site like a demo version however when I go to the video section I can see the preliminar image when I click on it the page is shown but the video is not working.

Can you help me

The instalation express people said that they only install the demo version. they dont provide support.

you can go to http://www.staff-party.mx then photo/video and tried to click on a video then you wont see the video

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
