Hello,
The slider was working perfectly, like on the demo page – until someone tried to edit slides.
Since then – only the background is visible and the slides don’t even change.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hello,
Ive got the same problem.

The flexslider doenst work at all. Selecting from the Theme options keeps spinnings.
Selecting via pagesettings the slider doenst show the captions and only 1 slide showed.

Whats wrong?

Yes, I have got that but we were offline when you gave a msg. Check our support timings on Skype
Support timings for giving responses on Skype are from 12 PM – 5 PM – Time zone is GMT 5:30+
