Hi!
Another issue I’ve found recently is that if you use commenting plugin (Facebook, or captcha plugin for the native WordPress commenting functionality), at the first page load, it’s not showing up. We have to refresh the page to make it appears.
Also, if you click on some album links at the bottom of a page, the album is loading but the visitor stays at the bottom and doesn’t see that something has changed at the top.
Those are 2 important bugs that you should fix, because its affects user experience, and invites visitors to close the page et see next website.

For comments issue, you have to enter the callback function in ajaxify.js due to the nature of the theme which is ajaxified.

Regarding the album links at the bottom that works fine in our live demo. Maybe I think its a conflict with one of your third-party plugin.

And also, no, you have the same problem in your demo regarding the click at the bottom.
Maybe it’s a browser issue? I use Chrome.

I’m sorry for my rating, I didn’t mean to hurt you, but the issues related to your theme is not my fault, or some plugins fault. I only discovered those problems because of a ranking lost in the past weeks. I will be glad to give you a 5 stars rating if you fix those important bugs, and even add a link to your theme on my website! Here’s the list :

Use of admin-ajax.php resulting of huge CPU usage server side.
The user stays at the bottom of the website when clicking on a link in the bottom of a page (album, artist…)
No commenting plugin works the first page load
The Serve scaled images issues. The theme should use more optimized images, I lost a lot of ranking because of that problem that I had to fix myself.

And I remembered you that if I requested a refund over the paid support, is because it took you so many days (weeks) before you give me replies.

Again its not an issue with the theme as said earlier. Those are issues which needs custom modifications to make it compatible and i have already mentioned in the item details page since the item release day that using any third party plugin will not work sometimes as due to the nature of the theme ajaxfied.

Regarding the CPU usage you can just change the code in a file, for that open radio-jplayer.php file and find the line

refreshId = setInterval(function(){ iva_setInterval() }, 1500);

Replace the 1500 to 30000 this is used to fetch the streaming data for the radio stations meta data.

For SEO and all you have to make some customization and all those. If anyone give ratings as soon as they see something wrong like this will any author give support? Software always comes with a bugs but based on users feedback it will be improved. If we see users point to anything and we ask for the URL and specification the user has to explain a bit more and send a screenshots to get resolved those issues and fixes. I was communicating and posting a answer and to my surprise i see a ratings. 🙂

Regarding a refund i gave you the refund due to a response delay I Agree that was an internal support staff issue which i agreed and refunded.
