1. After replacing the files in the theme folder, the Concept configuration section disappeared from the WordPress menu.
2. The navigation menu was duplicated on the main page of the site.

The latest version of WP is installed.

1) It is moved under Appearance Tab
2) If you can share the screenshot then we can take a closer look at it and let you know whats wrong with the setup or so

BTW I see your support is expired, kindly please renew your support license to avail support

When you upgrade the standard way – using the replacement files in the theme directory, you will lost the control section of the theme Concept.
Installed Word Press V. 4.9.4
How to upgrade without your help?
Maybe you will check your update on the performance or prompt where is the control section of the theme Concept.after trying to update?

Update of the premium themes will not be there with an automated option. You have to manually update the theme. We have upgraded by taking a backup of the existing files and removing the old version files and after that, we have uploaded the new version files and child theme files as well and that seems to be working fine. If you are stuck at any point in updates then please extend your support license and ask for the help via Skype and we will be able to help you in updating the theme.

If it throws the error might be you have made some changes in the child theme or so.
