I did a search on the forum and I couldn’t find anything regarding my issue. I research many sites but no luck, so can someone take a look at my site at: http://www.impalastatlabs.com/blog/
and let me know what it happening with the form at the footer of the page?

I installed the CONTACT plugin but this didn’t solve the problem. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Try to delete your widgets from the footer and add fresh widgets. If the problem still persists please feel free to contact us via Skype and we will be able to help you out faster.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at your site. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets, etc.

The issue is not on our site. your using contact form 7 maybe there is some issue in that form or otherwise due to your server problem.
