No metadata (Artist and Title) on Player

Tried everything but the only thing i can manage to make appear on my recently installed theme (MusicPlay – radioeuropa.pt) is fixed info of Radio Station and phrase (defined on wordpress). My aim is to have The Artist and Title info. I’m sure this is possible but can’t manage to get it done. Please help!

Remove the title and description from your musicplay theme options in backend and it will fetch the data automatically.

Already tried that. No Effect. No Artist nor Title are appearing. Have only one radio defined in Radio Section. Defined as Shoutcast Streaming with stream: http://213.136.92.8:8050/;stream/1

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I think its due to https protocol issue. If you check in the console it shows ‘Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://radioeuropa.pt/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure video ‘http://213.136.92.8:8050/;stream/1′. This content should also be served over HTTPS.’

As i cannot change the stream to https protocol i’ve made the change in the hole site from https to http. The problem is not solved. No metadata at all. I don’t think this is the reason…

It has something to do with the PHP Settings or Server settings then. I see everything is working with all other buyers not sure why it is not working on your side. I will debug with some PHP settings on my side and let you know

Make sure your stream is public on the shoutcast radio directory
Try http://213.136.92.8:8050/;stream instead of http://213.136.92.8:8050/;stream/1

Actually I just found this tread and discovered you did some work on the player.
I can have song info and station title in the player for every stream I click on.
