For the emails that go to a user the manage link ends up below the salutation, and it also requires a line break at the end, otherwise the last line merges with the link sent in the email. It would be nice if instead of this link automatically adding to the bottom, there was an shortcode to add it in the text somewhere, for example:
The following is a link to manage your appointment: [Manage Link]
Just makes it a little more professional than it being at the footer of the message.
