    I found the two menu options a little limited, so I tried a few others, but it seems like something in this theme duplicates the primary menu if a different menu plugin is installed. I haven’t figured out a way to resolve this and allow a 3rd party menu to replace the integrated ones in the theme, both on desktop and mobile. (Mobile actually ends up with 3) Although I have https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-megamenu/ currently installed, I’m having similar results with all I have tried.

    Are there more customization options with the megamenu included in this theme? That may avoid me even needing a different option. The theme documentation does not even mention the megamenu feature or any options.

    The theme is not having a mega menu option as of now but will consider in the future updates.

    One of the main things in the child theme options is Megamenu Settings? So it’s already integrated… Just no real features other than background and animation. So, if there are no features in addition, is there a way to stop this theme from duplicating the primary menu using other menu plugins?

    The other plugin what you are using is forcing to apply the menu in all the locations where we used the menu function. We are duplicating the menu for the Mobile Version and Regular Desktop version so it’s showing you both. BTW, What plugin are you using?

    If you want you can comment that menu code in child theme by replicating the header file which you are using for the theme and it will display only one menu.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-megamenu/ is the plugin. It appears other people are attempting the same thing with this theme and having the same issue, per the support forums of that plugin.

    I’m using header style 2, so your suggesting adding that to the child theme and commenting out the following lines?

    			<div class="primarymenu mmenu_wrap">
    				<div class="menu-inner">
    				<?php
    				// Enable mega menu
    				$iva_menu_type = get_option( 'atp_mm_visible' );
    				if ( 'on' === $iva_menu_type ) {
    					get_template_part( 'framework/includes/mega','menu' );
    				} else {
    					// Primary menu
    					atp_generator( 'atp_primary_menu' );
    				}
    				?>
    				<!-- Header Widget Area -->
    				<?php  if ( is_active_sidebar( 'heaer_widget_area' ) ) {
    							dynamic_sidebar( 'heaer_widget_area' );
    						}
    				?>
    				</div>
    				<?php if ( has_nav_menu( 'primary-menu' ) ) {  ?> <a href="#" class="iva-mobile-dropdown"></a> <?php } ?>
    			</div><!-- primarymenu -->

    		</div>
    		<?php
    		// Mobile menu
    		atp_generator( 'atp_mobile_menu' );
    		?>

    I just tried and commenting that out removes all menus on desktop and mobile, including the plugins

    removing the following does remove the theme’s mobile menu, still leaving the 2 from the plugin.

    <?php if ( has_nav_menu( 'primary-menu' ) ) { ?> <a href="#" class="iva-mobile-dropdown"></a> <?php } ?>

    and removing the following code appears to fix the desktop

    				if ( 'on' === $iva_menu_type ) {
    					get_template_part( 'framework/includes/mega','menu' );
    				} else {
    					// Primary menu
    					atp_generator( 'atp_primary_menu' );
    				}

    It’s close, but that’s actually taking out the plugin menu that was properly formatted and leaving the one with formatting that doesn’t match any settings. I was heading to bed, so I’ll look at it a little more tomorrow, but if you have anything to add, it’s appreciated.
