Hello, I’m getting an insecure call from a CSS call to http://www.aivahthemes.com. I dont even want this weather_bg.jpg, can we remove this call? But I cannot id which file this is coming from.

You can remove the Appointment Page Weather Background from theme options. See the attached screenshot.
