Hello,

In the Admin Notification Email Message set up there are short codes for the time, date, name, year of car, etc. But there is no shortcode for the Vehicle Type, the Select Package, or the Extra Services.

I need the email to let me know the Vehicle Type and Package so when I confirm the appointment I know what the customer wanted.

Please help me with this problem.

Kindly update your theme to 2.2 version. We have already fixed these in the 2.2 version. But before updating your theme make sure you take a backup of the existing theme because if you lose any information you can replace with the old files.

You have to paste the below shortcodes in your theme options > admin emails setup > admin notification email message. See the attached screenshot.

[service_plan] – Plan for Service [extra_services] – Extra Services

Please look at my first screenshot. I did post both of those shortcodes. And when I receive the email it is blank.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Plan for Service and Extra Services: Now it will work and it worked for us. Have a look at the screenshot.
Regarding the package hours: I have seen that it is working correctly. Can you please share screenshots of the issue where exactly the issue exists so that we can take a closer look at it.

You are using the outdated version of the theme. We have already fixed this in the latest version. So kindly please take a backup of the existing theme and do an update to the latest version and activate the child theme and use it. If you do any modifications or added anything in the existing theme, please take a backup before updating to latest version.
