    Hi Support,

I am having issues with my musicplay theme.

I was using musicplay v4.1.0 and upgraded to 7.3.0

I am using the Child Theme and followed the documentation to update child theme.

I followed the latest documentation and it said to only update the parent theme folder for child themes.

When i did that, my sticky bar player does not work anymore and the in the wp-admin, the MusicPlay Child module no longer looks like the previous GUI.

Everything in the MusicPlay child module looks like it is in a listed format in black and white.

There is also a message at the top of the page when it tries to load but it gets cutoff and the version number did not change.

    Please see attachment.

    Please advise.

    Matt.

Firstly jumping from legacy version to the current version will conflict for sure but it’s not a big deal if you have fewer plugins and low customizations in the child theme.

    1) Hold Ctrl+F5 will make your backend UI load perfectly now.
    2) For other stuff on the front end also repeat point 1 and see.
