    Hello,

I have an issue in WHMCS whereby the domain search function does not work when using hostmev2 theme. I have all debug options switched on but no errors are being reported anywhere. I disabled all WHMCS-Bridge options and reverted WHMCS back to the default Six theme and domain search works.

The page text when trying to search is giving conflicting messages and appears to be running a search before I have even entered any search terms when hitting it directly rather than through WordPress. The red text appearing on screen suggests a variable is not being populated with a required string causing the domain search to break.

What details do you need to know about my system to check any potential compatibility issues (currently running PHP 7)? Please can you provide suggestions on what to look at next?

    Regards,
    Matt.

Can you please tell me which version of the WHMCS version are you using? Also provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

We have a portal for us http://whmcs.aivahthemes.com/ to search domains. Can you please point me out your portal home so that we can take a closer look at it.

Without using hostme theme I have checked by entering the url in your whmcs portal https://clients.kelhamtechnologies.co.uk/cart.php?a=add&domain=register&query=mydomain. It’s whmcs issue. May be the installation is wrong, you have installed it wrongly.

As you have updated the whmcs to latest version 7.1.1, I think there might be some changes in the latest version so by changing the “Template” to “six” by going to WHMCS Bridge Section then it is working.

It’s not working with the current version of the WHMCS. We will be releasing a new template for this version soon.
