Hello,
I bought this template and started installing it using your instructions. I got to the point where I need to install the plugins which I did using the bulk action which worked fine. I also used the bulk action to activate the plugins as well and the admin page blanks out to a full white page. You cannot navigate back to the dashboard as if I am locked out.

So i deleted the site and went through the process again but this time activated the plugins one at a time and found that the visual editor plugin is causing this. How can I fix this? See attached the screenshot.

Sorry for the inconvenience.If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as the private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Logins seem to not working can you forward me the FTP details. Make sure you set the post as the private reply so that only admin can see your FTP.

It throws an following error when I use Filezilla. Tried using CUTEFtp Pro as well

@danejc You don’t worry about VC license and Addons License because it’s part of our theme we will update the VC And Ultimate Addon with theme updates.
