Hello,

i do not find the shortcode (in the “Front end E-mails Setup” menu) for the package and options selected by the user on the “Book Your Wash” form.

In the Admin Notification Email Message I can put only the shortcode below :
[first_name] – First Name of the Customer
[phone_no] – Contact Number of the Customer
[email] – Email of the Customer
[method_of_contact] – Customer’s Method Of Contact
[make] – Making Of Vehicle
[model] – Model Of Vehicle
[year] – Year Of Vehicle
[service_request] – Request A Service
[booking_date] – Date of booking
[booking_time] – Time of booking
[total_time] – Total Time for Service
[total_price] – Total Price for Service

I want to put the package and options selected by the user but i can’t because the shortcode is no present?
Strange because there is the Vehicule Type ([make]- Making Of Vehicle).

Kindly replace the given attached 4 files by following this path,
autowash/autowash-niche/js/autowash-front-script.js
autowash/autowash-niche/additional-themeoptions.php
autowash/autowash-niche/template-packages.php
autowash/autowash-niche/package-form.php

Note: Make sure you take a backup of the old files before replacing the latest files.

Hello,

I have replace the files, but in the received e-mail I see only the tag (shortcode) and not the content.

Service Plan : [service_plan]
Extra Service : [extra_service]

I saw no change in your file template-packages.php

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and we’ll fix. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

@thejluntzreport: Kindly update your theme to 2.2 version. We have already fixed these in the 2.2 version. But before updating your theme make sure you take a backup of the existing theme because if you lose any information you can replace with the old files.
