    Hello,

I am trying to determine if the issue I am having is a theme problem or a WordPress issue.

on our site http://www.sacjazzfoundation.org PDF’s won’t open in a separate window even though I have checked “open in new window” in all the settings I can find.

To add to the problem, when the PDF does open and the user wants to go back to the site, the back button on the browser does not work. The url changes, but nothing happens.

Can you direct me to what the problem may be? I am not a coder so any help that requires some code change will need to have explicit instructions.

    Thank you

    E

Have to add no-ajaxify class to the shortcode. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can fix it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

I recommend you to purchase support extension for the theme as your support time is expired on 1st March 2016. Its not an issue with the wordpress but its a part of the ajaxified nature so we need to consider adding an option to support the PDF file linking option. We will consider adding this feature in the next release.
