Hi, I tried to upload the template zip file. However, the system is giving me:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

What can I do to resolve this?

Kindly upload the zip folder and see. If it still didn’t work then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and we’ll fix. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

You have uploaded the wrong package. Kindly please download the full package and read the documentation for uploading the theme, not the full zip file as downloaded from the ThemeForest.
