Slider title and caption are not showing up on smartphone, neither in portrait nor landscape. I have used the apps Chrome, Firefox, Opera. Nada, nowhere can be seen. In boxed or stretched layout, title and caption are missing.
Anona – v3.6.0 – Updated – 18 August 2016 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

I downloaded the theme last month (two months after the last update as it seems from what you guys said, and I still get the exact same problem.
It does seem the version that I downloaded last month was v 1.0 while you guys mentioned upgraded versions, I don’t understand how this happened and whether the slider mobile problem is actually because of this. Please help.

Regarding the issue, if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.
