I have being working on this theme to make it work right and still I have not had any resolution after upgrading theme and having assistance from your support staff. You guys are really nice and responsive but i can’t have this many issues for this long. This affect our business and does not look good when we can not refer potential customers to our website…..

All I got to say if you can’t fix this to be a stable theme I might opt to return this particular theme because this problems can not be resolved!

I would like to know that do you use Skype? So that I can be more clear. Its not an issue to be resolved. Its an issue with your server not with the theme. I can be more clear with you on Skype.

I have checked the emails and its working fine at my end but the emails are sending slowly. It might be an issue with the hosting services. somany things happens with shared hostings.

I saw your e-mail come in, but are you using the frontpage (homepage) form? I’ve tried it and do not receive anything on my e-mail or spam. At one time it did send me an alert. I am not referring to the appointment page. Maybe I’m missing something.
