Hi, I am getting a strange issue on my site, which I think is related to the Theme. I am using an additional plugin “https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/media-library-assistant/”. When I use it to create a table for media items, it works fine (I had some css issue which I was able to resolve). However, when I click on the hyperlink using chrome I get an error “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”. I don’t get this on Safari. It seems to be coming up with something called pretty photo, which I’ve not heard of before, but think might be within the Church theme hopes is based on. The hyperlink is correct. Please can you point me in the right direction. The page that I’m working on is “http://www.shirleybaptist.org/notice-sheets/”.

Is there a better way to get a table of media items that are filtered by a tag name with icon and hyperlink?

    Cheers
    Paul.

We are sorry to say this, your support time is expired. You need to repurchase the license in order to extend the support for the theme.

I should add that I think I’ve found a better method using just the grid builder, if I can only get the url link to be for the attached file rather than the post.

Make sure you set the PDF File link to that and it will display but lightbox doesn’t have an option to load the PDF. So you need to remove the lightbox option by adding attribute lightbox=”false” for the shortcode.
