Hi there,

I have successfully installed the theme but having following issues:

1- I did not receive Aivah Pests plugin in theme package therefore can not install it.
2- Can’t see Testimonial post type in theme admin area.
3- Do not have slider as shown in your demo (can you please send me file or import using my site access)
4- Can not find flex slider in my admin area.
5- How to create check box for “order information” for Category & Services as shown in your Appointment page in demo? I did not get Form 7 plugin in theme package just in case if appointment form was made using Form 7.
6- How to increase the Menu font size as I could not find any css field in theme control panel
7- About us text font for paragraph is too small, how do I increase the font size?

Can you get access to my site & complete bits & pieces to match exactly like your demo & then I can edit the stuff myself?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

If you have not yet given ratings to the theme, kindly please give to the theme by going to your themeforest account downloads section and below the Download button of the theme you can find the stars to click on for ratings 🙂

If you have the issues please make the topic open not in a resolved topic. Usually it will be ignored as the status shows its resolved.
