Hi!

My openings hours created with Biz Hours Pro look weird. Image opening shours3 shows my settings and I simply copied the shortcode provided. Image openings hours1 shows what it looks like on my page.

Please i need the right configuration to be like yours!

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Yes, you have an option called “Toggle Display” in Add New Section.

You can’t display only the today hours inline but you can display all the days hours inline by going to iva-bh-front.css file line#172 and replace the following code

.hours-row { display: block; }

with,

.hours-row { margin-left: 4px; }

please let me know if this good for responsive issues.

also about Today hours I’ve found that you add line-height: normal that’s make the line not center with text today I remove it let me know if this will effect on other things

I also would like to have my hours to look like what is advertised. If I wanted just plain text hours, I would not have spent the money for the app and would have just listed out the hours on our website. Furthermore, the closed / open text is not showing like how yours is.

Why do I have to waste my time in submitting a complaint / support ticket to have it look like this?

What am I doing wrong?
What do I need to change?

Please contact me ASAP, as I need to get this fixed right away. I don’t want you fixing it for me, I want you to tell me what settings / code I need to change and then I will make the change myself. I don’t learn anything by having people do things for me, but if you tell me what needs to be done, then I learn and I can do it myself.

Ok, so it looks like things are finally formatted on there.

Now, I seem to be having another issue. My timezone is set correctly in the settings, however it’s showing that I’m closed, when the hours say that we are open and it’s showing a ‘red’ dot instead of a ‘green’ dot as well to say that we are closed and not open, when in-fact we are.

I had it set 8AM – 8PM ET, and it’s 10:00 AM ET and it was not showing us as open or online.

How can we fix this?

@Larry: Without logins we can’t find out what the issue is because after setting the timezone also still its showing the problem. So we can’t trigger out without taking a closer look into it.

And it’s working fine at my end and others too.

Like right now… I have it set to 1PM – 8PM ET and it’s 1:30 PM ET, and it’s showing I’m closed.

If I set it to say 8AM – 8PM ET, it will show that I’m open right now.

So the time is off by some odd hours on here.

Please check and let me know how I can fix this please.
