I can’t get the appointment times to show up in the drop down menu. Can someone help me out? Also, can’t seem to get the details page of the pests to show up. Just comes up as error 404 page not found. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to set up the timings in your theme options/appointment/business hours setup. For the pests to show, set the permalink in settings.
