When adding a doctor, I don’t see where to add his picture. I tried using the featured image to no avail.

You have to set the featured image as doctors image only. If you don’t get after using featured image then if you can provide us wp-logins to your website, we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply.

Jetpack Plugin is conflicting with the images. Go to Jetpack Settings and try deactivating one by one and check it. If you don’t get after doing that, provide us access to your jetpack plugin that means provide us logins to your jetpack plugin to access it.

    Fixed. If it’s a single page then you have to change it here $title = get_option('atp_postsinglepage') ? get_option('atp_postsinglepage') : 'Event'; in atp_generator.php
