On my my smart phone (Samsung Note 4) and my friends iPhone. The playlist is hidden. As a result there’s no way for me to play the individual tracks. And interesting enough thats also the case with the demo thats actually on your site (aivahtheme.com). I know it suppose to work on sm displays cause my partner has an older version of MusicPlay(2.8.0) on his site(djjarmz.com) and it works perfect on sm displays. I even installed the older version and the playlist showed up. But as soon as I went back to 4.3.0, I no longer had access to the playlist on my smartphone.

Yes its not there in our live demo and its not possible to display the playlist in mobile version. I’m sure we have not added any playlist in the older versions, If you can share a screenshot or screencast that would be easy for us to view how does it works.

If you go to “djjarmz.com” on your smartphone. You will see the playlist in mobile view. Trust me that feature is needed when you have a large Album Playlist and you want to add a specific song from the Album’s Playlist to the Player’s Playlist. However if your not gonna add this feature back in future updates, can you give me an alternative solution to picking a specific song from my Album’s Playlist and add it to my Player’s Playlist. Thank you in advance.

I opened the site you said and its not loading the playlist you can check the screenshot of my mobile. Yes in future we will consider adding a playlist if its possible.

You was on the Homepage (djjarmz.com). It doesn’t have a playlist cause there’s no Albums on that page by design. Please Click on the Menu Bar then click on any of the Albums (Instrumentals). And You will see a Full clickable playlist.

As you said I have checked multiple times on each of the albums page and it’s listing all the songs in playlist. Can you tell me on which browser you have checked it? and also send me the screenshot.

I have a Android Smartphone Samsung Note 4 and my friend has a iPhone. And in the earlier versions(2.8.0,2.8.4) of MusicPlay the playlist show up on mobile phone devices. But from versions Musiclay 3.0 and above. The playlist is not visible. I don’t know what browser my Android Smartphone uses and I will only speculate that the iPhone uses Safari cause its an Apple product. I really don’t think in the case of The Smartphones the Browser is relevant regarding this issue cause I have friends who have gotten the same results on different versions of their smartphones. Whatever changes we’re made in 3.0 and above in the coding affected the playlist being visible on Smartphone Devices. Someone really should look into that especially since people play music on smartphone devices more than desktops and laptops combined.

Sorry for the delay in response. Playlist is not visible in the earlier versions of the theme but now we have updated and it is working in the latest versions. Kindly download the latest version of the theme from your themeforest account and do activate it in the local and use it in local. If it is working fine in the localhost then you can upload it to your server and use it.

Note: Make sure you take a backup of the older version of the theme and do update to latest version because the changes what you have made in the old version will not be lost.

We are sorry to say this, your support time is expired. You need to repurchase the licence in order to extend the support for the theme.
