how to disable some hidden scrolling effects in home page

Hello, in home page scrolling content is hidden before i scroll to that , and thats visible when i scroll down to that content, how i can disable this effect? i wanna sections to show immediately without any delay . what should i do? thanks

If you don’t want animation for any element then edit that shortcode and remove animation attribute from there like see example below

[servicesicon animation="fadeInUp" align="center" size="fa-4x" icon="icon-tasks" color="#ffffff" bgcolor="#F36C36" title="Unlimited Traffic"]

Just remove the animation attribute and its value.

Hello
i have removed animation attribute but still in my ipad when im scrolling the page , pricetable and some images are hidden . when i stop scrolling ,the content is visible! i want all elements to be visible when im scrolling page in pc also in mobile and tablet . i think this part of code may has problem:
<div class=”pricetable col3 iva_anim animate animated undefined”>
how i can remove this code from the source ?
