Can we make a search on Track description ? in order to build a music library website for composer I need this.

Hi, When you upload a new media (audio file) you can add a description, legend, and metadata tag. I need that your search engine can search in that field (description or legend…). If I write “sad” or “happy” in “description” in my audio track : I need that the search engine can search for that kind of field. For now your search engine can only search on the track name or album name. not in track or album description ? If I don’t have this I cannot work with MUSICPLAY because my project is to have the possibility search tracks (audio files) by description (happy, sad, low, dangerous, drama….) thank you.

We have temporarily added Custom Meta Data in “Large World Wide” Album in our demo. On left side just below the album cover image, you can find “Search Engine” as a label and “Sad” as a value. Now, tell us if you type “Sad” in Search Bar area and hit enter, what it has to display on the search results page?

According to us, we can pull up the Album based on that keyword. But a track cannot be pulled from that album which contains a keyword.

After having a discussion with you on the Skype we found that its possible and its a custom work. We will consider adding this feature in the future releases but no ETA. If you are in a rush to have this feature then it will cost you some $$$ which we will let you know in a day after testing at our end.

thank you ! In fact the search engine should be able to search in track description (in fact lyrics for your site) but also in album page (text about album) this could be very useful !
