Hello,
My website at http://www.jasonmontero.com uses the MusicPlay theme. It was working fine about a month ago (March 10th) but recently it would only show the loading icon and never load the website.
I downloaded and reinstalled the latest version of your theme and made sure all my plugins were updated. The site now loads but I am having a lot of issues. About a year ago, someone from your support team was able to log in and troubleshoot these problems (which are almost identical to the ones I am having now). I was hoping someone could do that again.
Here are the issues I am having:
Let me know if I can send you a login for someone to check this out.
Thanks in advance for your help with this!
Jason
Hello, thanks for your help with my website. I noticed that if I go to any of the sub-pages under album (e.g., https://www.jasonmontero.com/albums/taller/), the play buttons that are supposed to load at the beginning of each song in the player don’t. Instead, they just show a small white circle.
Can someone please take a look and let me know how to fix this? Thanks!
Jason
Thanks,
I added that code to the custom CSS under Musicplay options but the play buttons still do not load.
This the full custom CSS I have set for that option in the theme:
#main {
background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.35);
padding: 50px 0 0 0;
position: relative;
z-index: 17;
}
.album-playlist li > a {
background-color: #000000;
}
Thanks,
Jason
Also for some reason the page music (https://www.jasonmontero.com/music/) is no longer responsive.
All the other pages on my site wrap properly when viewed on mobile, but that music page runs off the right side. It didn’t used to do that. Any idea why?
Thanks again!
Jason
https://imgur.com/a/0YzYgsQ I tried checking the mobile view and the layout seems okay. I have fixed the issue with the black play background button.
