My website at http://www.jasonmontero.com uses the MusicPlay theme. It was working fine about a month ago (March 10th) but recently it would only show the loading icon and never load the website.
I downloaded and reinstalled the latest version of your theme and made sure all my plugins were updated. The site now loads but I am having a lot of issues. About a year ago, someone from your support team was able to log in and troubleshoot these problems (which are almost identical to the ones I am having now). I was hoping someone could do that again.
Here are the issues I am having:
- I had a footer on all pages that seems to be missing
- Any sub menus in the dropdown (for example Artists, albums and photos) do not load even though I see the entries in the WordPress dashboard.
- There was a music player on the home page that is no longer there
- There was also a sidebar with widgets on them on the Music page which is also missing.
Let me know if I can send you a login for someone to check this out.
