Hello,
I am having some issues with the MusicPlay theme after I updated our WordPress to version 6 but then I found out the theme does not yet support that. I then downgraded the WordPress version and tried to update the theme as well.
The site is working for the most part, but I am missing all of the custom post times for Album, Artist, and events I used to have. They don’t show at all, and in the menu, instead of posting to a post by name, I now see a post number instead (ie. https://www.jasonmontero.com/?p=10447). When looking at an artist or album.
I also notice that under wp-content – themes in my WordPress install, I now have a musicplay folder that has another subfolder that says musicplay (which contains all the files). I believe they should be in the root musicplay folder, but when I move them there manually, the site completely breaks until I move them back.
Please advise what I need to try in order to fix this issue.
Thanks! Looking forward to the new update that will support WordPress 6!
Jason
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
Thank you – what role does the user login need to have for your to provide support? Do you need to be an admin or editor? Also do you know why it says SUPPORT EXPIRED at the top of my posts?
