Hello,

I am having trouble loading the demo content.

Here are the steps I have taken so far:
-I installed the theme & installed the Child theme & activated it.
-I installed all pre-requisite plugins and activated them and imported all of the pre-requisite options.
-I selected the One-Click demo install & followed the guide for appearance> theme> Import/export

It appears that the formatting appears to have deployed correctly, but all of the images in the sliders and other static images on all pages are missing.

Please let me know what the next steps are.

Hi domdruwe,
After demo import, you will get the demo sample placeholder images. you can use your own images. If you want our theme images and facing any difficulty while importing demo data then you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL we’ll setup your theme. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hi domdruwe,
We have done all the theme installations and setup demo data, this is not our theme issue from our end its working fine. your DNS is not propagated because of that issues are occurring in your theme.
