Hi,
So when someone fills out the form for an appointment, the message that is displayed shows like this:
MICHAEL : THANK YOU FOR MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO FOR [APPOINTMENT_DATE] AT [APPOINTMENT_TIME] AT [APPOINTMENT_ADDR]. SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE BY PHONE OR EMAIL. YOU HAVE PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: [APPOINTMENT_NOTE] [APPOINTMENT_CATEGORY] [APPOINTMENT_SERVICE] SINCERELY, BUGOFF SUPPORT TEAM

It is not showing the date, time or any of the elements except First name. Also, the email comes in from Root User. Is there a way to change that?

so because my support is expired you cannot assist with basic functionality of the theme? I am not asking for anything special, just what its advertised to do!

I have crosschecked everything and now everything seems to be working fine at my end. Are you using uppercase in the mail as shown above? If so, then it will not work. Shortcodes needs to be in the lowercase like [APPOINTMENT_DATE] should be as [appointment_date]

So this is what I have for the callout:
[first_name] : Thank you for making an appointment to for [appointment_date] at [appointment_time] at [appointment_addr]. Someone will contact you before your appointment date by phone or email.

You have provided the following information:
[appointment_note]
[appointment_category]
[appointment_service]

Sincerely,

BugOff Support Team

The First Name shows up, but that is about it!

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
