Hey I purchased the hopes theme a few ago. We are upgrading our current website and switching themes as we do it. So far loving the theme.
In the process though we have encountered an issue where my main page slider images are not displaying correctly. In the preview they are long and skinny (they look great). In the theme itself it says use 1920 x 550 images (which I did). It doesn’t display as that though … it stretches the image so it’s wide and short.
Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks for the help.
