Way to change image box overlap or resolution in columns

    Hello folks,
    used this theme many times but I am stuck on this one. Client wants his site to have images/text boxes near each other in columns. The issue I have is the responsive resolution of the image doesnt change and eventually it will begin to cover up the text box area from the left most column in a 1/3 + 2/3 split arrangement.
    At full resolution, everything fits well:

    As I begin to shrink the resolution of the browser however the image overtakes the text box:

    Does your theme have support for either responsively reducing the images size sooner or having it go behind the text box background instead of in front of it?
