Hi, I just installed the Labora theme following the documentation steps.

When I click on Labora Child under Appearance to upload the theme options it just stalls on the a screen that says Loading Theme Options… And nothing has happened.

Hope you can help me ASAP

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

We can’t edit your files and make fixes. Kindly please give writable permissions to the files or provide us with your FTP Logins so that we can make a fixes through FTP.

I see almost everything good, except the part of theme options, if i go “appereance -labora child” it never open, only stays loading

¿can you check that?

Nice, i can see it now. thanks.

One last question, the plug in “WPBakery Page Builder” that comes with the theme is not update it to the last version, is not suposed to be the last version?
