Before my theme related questions, is this the only way to submit support questions? We prefer to keep some of our support interactions private, so only being able to submit in a public forum is a little off-putting.
1. Is there a way to get the sliders to not be clickable in any way? For example, right now the slides are clickable when moused over and want us to input either links or have it link to the media file. However, we’d rather it just be a non-clickable collection of changing images.
2. Is there a way to get the slides to fade in instead of sliding to the side when they change? We tried using the slider that has the navigation arrows on the sides, but weren’t a fan of the arrows (I suggest making it so the arrows only display when moused over) and the different transition options didn’t seem to change anything.
Have you tested with WordPress 4.5.1? There have been a lot of issues with many themes and the most recent update.
