We are having some issues after activating UltraNet theme.
1. Customizer is not working.
2. Submenus on Hover not working in admin panel.

Please let me know how can i fix this. As I am also a programmer.

Hi, @knknetwork
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only the admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

You can download the Ultranet theme which has been updated. so that you have the latest theme with all the issues had been fixed.
