I have my event categories selected but when I use the upcoming events short code on my events page nothing happens. Looking to separate the upcoming from the past events on my events page and can’t get it to work
showing Upcoming events see this url

Hello there,
I’m having the same issues with the events. Whether I use the events category to add to the menu or try to insert via shortcode in page, it still shows all the events, for both categories I created. Is there also a way to change the order it appears from most recent event to least?
Thank you for your time.
There no upcoming events in the event post type so where i can test the events shortcode please add some events so that i can test and please do provide me the full access as administration.
Regards,
Mawk
Hey there Mawk,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Here are the links for where the event are listed for upcoming events & church programs.
This is now showing only the upcoming events, which is correct, but I’m sure since the church program is showing the same thing.

This is suppose to show church programs and it’s showing upcoming events
