This is seriously one of the most user-unfriendly wordpress templates I have ever purchased. Documentation is minimal, the install ins’t straight forward and THERE IS NO SAMPLE MEDIA. (it ‘fails’ to install when you import your sample content xml)

My expectation is to be able to do an initial install that looks EXACTLY like the demo on themeforest; I can then resin it and replace files to suit what I am doing. If you have rights issues, then buy some royalty free dummy content and get your act together.

I’d like a refund, I don’t want to use such an unwieldy template, it falls very short of expectations and I want to go and buy something else.

Very unhappy customer.

We have given the sample data and its working fine on all other buyers and few of theme wanted to have set installed so we give free installation support for this theme as this theme has some restrictions coz the media or the sample Data import file will be around 500MB of size and it will take much time to import the data so we have removed all of theme from the sample data and added only less amount of sample content for each specific post type.

If you want assistance you can email us your WP Logins and URL then we can see if you have imported the sample Data properly or not and help you setup if there’s any issues in importing for you. Regarding the rights yes we have purchased with only limited license for the dummy images you see in preview as we were not getting permissions to include that in our package that’s why we have already mentioned in the note in item details page.
