I’d like to be able to offer individual music file downloads as well as entire album downloads, but I can’t figure out how to create an album as a single product that combines multiple download files.
And I would like to list and display all music singles separately but linked to related Album/Artist.

You have an option only to download individual songs but combined songs download options is not there but you can do upload the file to your server and create button using shortcode generator and link that download file and add the button code in specific album post content area.
