Providing for guidance to fix a bug in your theme should not be so difficult. Simply fix the theme and push an update with both, the options theme loading issue and the Jquery changes for it to work with WP 5.6. In August you said you got Covid, so I thought it was reasonable to wait until you got better. One month ago your server crashed, later you said it was fixed; however the theme has not been updated yet.
Please fix it!
I do not understand why all your previous responses to other people are Private instead of letting everybody to benefit of the fix immediately.
