Looks like your support is expired. If you extend the support license then we will be able to help you out with your problems. Others have already updated their site with the latest version of the theme without any issues. Maybe you have done some customization or so which is an impact of the columns mess

I have had similar issues where I just updated to 9.1 and immediately the following things happened:
– main menu now appears a second time as text below the menu bar (on desktop)
– on mobile, the menu doesn’t appear at all
– same as the previous poster, the album images on the album page now stretch to fit the window instead of appearing in rows and columns like before
– when I click on a song on an album page, it loads into the player, but does not start playing
I have not edited any of the code on my site, simply used the theme options to customize. I too wonder why I should have to pay again for support on a broken product.
At the moment I’m stuck in this situation:
– I can go back to my backup of the old version of the theme. In the old version, the audio player no longer works properly on mobile or desktop.
or
– I can install the latest version of the theme, which ruins the aesthetics of the site and breaks the menu functionality on mobile.
If the support team on here can give me some reason to believe that they can actually provide a functional product, I will pay to renew support. But at the moment I am lacking faith in their ability to do so, and I am stuck with a broken website. At this point all I can do is recommend that people NOT use this theme.
The product is functional as others are still using it. If you have any issues we can help and for that, If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
You can revert back to old versions of the theme. That is the reason I made a not in changelog.txt file to take a backup as few may change or modify the child theme files as well so you don’t get confused with the stuff and lose anything you have customized.
Here is the note was written in the changelog file in the package.
Note: Before making an update to the 9.0 Kindly please take a backup of all the
files and database including theme options panel. Make sure you take a backup of the child theme as well.
@homesweet – Share the screenshot of whats messed in the FireFox. I see in the live demo and everything seems to be fine.
Due to no response from the last message, we assume the problem is resolved and we consider closing this topic. If you have any further queries related to the same question then please re-open post your question here instead of opening a new topic.
