    Hello,

    When someone makes a booking using the MOT booking form, the only email we receive on our end is the Booking ID, e.g. –

    Name : Manuel
    Email : manuel@2qubits.co.uk
    You have a New booking Scheduled to for Manuel at 13:00 on 2015/11/18.
    For more information to contact Manuel you can make a call on 07891228xxx.

    How do I receive the email with full contents of the form such as car registration, make, model etc?
