I don’t know how to use the people shortcode. Where do I put the info in the first place? In fact, many of the shortcodes are giving me trouble. I don’t know how to use them.

Our current (temporary) site is http://www.rccsalem.com/rcc.

I also don’t know how to get the three images under the slider to proper resolution. I simply copy-pasted the HTML from the sample site to get them to show up as they do now, and then I replaced the links and words with my own. I know there has got to be an easier/better way.
