Booking System Emails are missing variables

    Hi,

    I have installed the Car Zone theme on a development subdomain on my own hosting.
    This site is for a client and will be moved to the live domain once finished.

    The Booking systems emails are missing a critical variable for my client.
    The Date the Booking was made is missing from the “Status Changed” Emails.

    We do not need the users to be able to confirm their own bookings.
    So the other emails are left blank, so not emails are sent to the customer after the form is submitted.
    Only when the admin manually confirms the booking with the customer and sets a booking to “confirmed”,
    do we need the theme to send out a status email with the new “confirmed” Status.
