I’ve some issues about blog page; i’ll be glad if you can help.

– Featured image option on blog posts only working if “image post format” is selected. I’d like to display featured image for all blog posts.
– “Read More” option is not available in my blog posts, even i tried to adjust in wp-reading options it didn’t work. In blog page i see the full content of all posts.
