So when someone fills out the form for an appointment, the message that is displayed shows like this:
MICHAEL : THANK YOU FOR MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO FOR [APPOINTMENT_DATE] AT [APPOINTMENT_TIME] AT [APPOINTMENT_ADDR]. SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE BY PHONE OR EMAIL. YOU HAVE PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: [APPOINTMENT_NOTE] [APPOINTMENT_CATEGORY] [APPOINTMENT_SERVICE] SINCERELY, BUGOFF SUPPORT TEAMIt is not showing the date, time or any of the elements except First name. Also, the email comes in from Root User. Is there a way to change that?
