Albums shortcode Genre and Label not working

When using shortcode to filter Albums by either Genre and Label no results are being returned. We can find the albums when applying a search by the postid, but that seems to be it.
We can’t even view these when going to site.co.uk/label/label or site.co.uk/genre/genre as it returns no results were found.

Labels and Genres are definitely associated with the albums, but nothing is returned.

Any advise that you can give here ?
